The Applegate is open to harvest of hatchery steelhead. Wild steelhead must be released unharmed. Fishing had been good over the last week with fish being caught over the last few days on Cleos, and pink rubber worms as well as fly angling. However, rain blew the river out this week but should bring in another batch of fresh fish and distribute the fish currently in the river.
