Pyramid Lake held at 91 of capacity, and water temperatures have been in the lower seventies. Bass fishing was good for both large and smallmouth bass with topwater being a great way to start the day. Most anglers have been switching to weedless plastics and Senkos mid-morning for some more bites. The striper bite has been great for anglers using cut sardines and anchovies near the Marina, or Yellowbar. A few swimbait fish were also reported by striper anglers. Catfish were decent for anglers using chicken liver, nightcrawlers, and cut sardines in deeper coves around the lake.
