The bass bite slowed a bit last week with an influx of colder water from the river, but warmer days could remedy that quickly. Bass fell for Aarons Magic drop shot Roboworms, Green Pumpkin Senkos, and Watermelon creature baits from shore out into the deepest sections of the lake. A few good sized largemouth also fell for eight inch trout imitation swimbaits. Catfish anglers used chicken liver and cut anchovies for bites while bluegill took any live worm under a bobber.
