Agate Lake is 25 percent full, and the boat ramp remains usable. Numerous large carp have been caught in the last week or so at Agate, with corn being the most common bait.

Carp are an introduced fish that can harm water quality/clarity and productivity of waterbodies, so anglers are encouraged to harvest and remove any carp caught in the reservoir.
