The Lower Nehalem is fishable and there should be some catch-an-release opportunity for wild steelhead. With the North Coast rivers being very low and no rain in sight, the lower Nehalem river will be a good bet this week. The upper river is probably getting pretty low and clear and fishing will be challenging.
