The Kilchis River is still low and clear

The Kilchis River is still low and clear as of this writing but rain this weekend should improve angling conditions and bring in some fresh fish. There are no hatchery releases on the Kilchis, so it's mostly a catch-and-release fishery for wild steelhead.
