Idaho Fish Report

The river has been low, but anglers were doing fairly well on steelhead. Rain this week should bring in some new fish and make for good fishing conditions once the river starts to drop. Anglers will want to check flows and try to fish as flows are dropping. Most of the steelhead will be spawned out, but anglers are still picking up a few fresh fish.

This is a great time of year to target steelhead as very few anglers are fishing and the fish are more aggressive with the warmer water. Flyfishing, running plugs or spinner fishing can be good this time of year
