John Logue of Ernie's Tackle Store at (760) 648-7756 reported: The biggest fish was a 3-pound, 12-ounce rainbow caught on a black Woolly Bugger fly at Silver Lake.

Bait fishing has been good with Gulp Power Bait, Chunky Cheese or Salmon Peach color. Spincast at Gull Lake with Thomas Buoyant or Kastmaster lures.
