Largemouth bass, crappie and rainbow trout. Anglers were catching them all over the holiday weekend. Crappie were hitting a small Gitzit fished about two feet below a pencil bobber. Bass were hitting just about anything anglers were opted to throw ??? spinners, lures and plastics. In the early morning the bass were being caught along the southern shoreline, but as the temperatures warmed up the fish moved into deeper water. Trout seemed to favor flies - light brown colored patterns - as well as PowerBait, night crawlers, Rapalas and spinners.
