Action: Corrects rockfish retention rules in Marine Area 4 west of the Bonilla-Tatoosh line. Contrary to the regulation in the 2013 "Fishing in Washington" rules pamphlet, anglers fishing that area may not retain or possess rockfish at any time when fishing seaward of a line approximating 20 fathoms from May 1-Sept. 30.
Effective Dates: Immediately through Sept. 30, 2013.
Species Affected: Rockfish.
Other Information: The pamphlet incorrectly states that anglers may retain and/or possess rockfish seaward of a line approximating 20 fathoms during halibut openings in Marine Area 4 west of the Bonilla-Tatoosh line from May 1-Sept. 30.
