The Boise River tributaries are continuing to fish well, although the water levels on many of them are already very low. Basic attractor patterns work well, such as Stimulators, Elk Hair Caddis, and Parachute Adams. The grasshopper fishing has been very good and should continue. Adding a dropper nymph to your hopper can help produce fish when it gets slow. You should also still carry some buggers and streamers to run through the deeper waters. People are starting to catch some pretty nice Bull Trout, but you'll never be told exactly where. Hint: Look deep and use smaller baitfish patterns, or something big, bright, and ugly! Also, make sure you keep them in the water and release them immediately.
