Before the cold snap, anglers reported good fishing with worms, PowerBait or a fly and bubble. For flies, try a small #14 or 16 hare's ear or pheasant tail nymph. The pond is completely open water with surface water temperatures around 40??. The Division recently installed some fish habitat in order to improve fishing and give the fish a place to hide from the cormorants in the spring. There have not been many anglers fishing Jensen recently.
