Steady trout action at Lafayette

Trout fishing has been consistent. Trolling with Kastmasters and Needlefish is the best way to catch large trout. Power Bait and worms are also getting bites. Try south cove for trout and the buoys around East Cove. Trout plants will end in the last week of April. Bass are biting around the shoreline of East Cove and South Cove. Catfish are biting on chicken liver and mackerel. (925) 284-9669
