Current flow is around 2,800 cfs and average river temperature in the low 60sF.
Wild steelhead harvest is now closed, but the river is still open for hatchery steelhead and early summer steelhead are moving through. Small lures or swung flies can entice these fish to bite.
Spring Chinook are still moving through the middle Rogue. Consult Oregon Sport Fishing Regulations for open sections and bag limits.
Trout season opened May 22.
