Dave Jacobs/Hank Mautz (Professional Guide Service) (800-355-3113): Fishing for spring salmon has continued to produce quality salmon this past week with best action early in the morning in and around the Outlet. Flows continue to be very low from Oroville to Gridley making salmon fishing a bit tougher. Angler's casting large No. 6 Blue Fox spinners from the bank around the outlet have caught some nice springers to 40 pounds. Most fish have averaged 12-25 pounds.
