Launa Strickland at the Convict Lake Resort (800-992-2260): The biggest rainbows were: 5-pounds, 14-ounces on a nightcrawler from the north shore, 4-pounds, 6-ounces on a mini jig at the inlet and 3-pounds, 11-ounces on a red Power Worm at the inlet. DAVIS LAKE, CALIF: Ed Dillard (Dillard Guided Fishing) (530-832-6394) reported: We caught 4 Friday, 4 Saturday and 4 Sunday. Using Dick Nite Copper Red Head lures, 15 feet down. Still slow.
